Mixture movement outward

The Mixture with the movement outward contains all 12 cell salts, but more of the following cell salts: No. 4 Potassium chloride, No. 7 Magnesium phosphoricum and No. 11 Silicea.
Movement outward has to do with communication and connections. The mixture movement outward allows for better communication with your environment and makes it easier for you to show yourself to others as you really are. You stay in your power better and allow yourself to be less disturbed by your surroundings. Movement outside allows you to stay better with yourself when there is pressure from your environment. It gives you the strength to stand up for yourself in a good way.
Allergen: lactose. Keep out of reach of children. Net weight: 200g
Recommended use:
Take 3 level plastic teaspoons of powder per day. (approximately 4-5 grams per spoonful)
Caution! Mixtures always contain the allergen lactose.
With mild hypersensitivity this is not a problem, you can try (carefully the first time) dissolving the mixture in water. The lactose largely sinks to the bottom.
