This NUTURA^® Relax+ formula is a natural tranquilizer, promotes the feeling of relaxation and therefore has a beneficial effect on sleep function.
The main ingredient of this spray is an extract of a plant called Griffonia simplicifolia, which contains, among other things, 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). This is an amino acid that is converted in the body into serotonin, a precursor to the ~~ substance melatonin that helps you fall asleep faster.
The amino acids L-Arginine and L-Ornitine also play a cooperative role with the other ingredients. NUTURA^® Relax+ would not be complete without our exclusive blend of herbal extracts combining eight herbs known worldwide for their calming and relaxing effects.
Contains: Griffonia simplicifolia extract (contains 5-HTP = 5-Hydroxytryptophan), L-arginine, L-ornitine, exclusive blend of extracts of: Lucky rose, feverfew, hops, passion flower, skullcap, valerian, wild lettuce, peppermint.

User Manual

For first use - Press pump 4 to 6 times to activate. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the oral cavity. Recommended to take 4 puffs 15 min. before bedtime and 4 puffs at bedtime. If desired, repeat up to 8 additional puffs. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Each tube contains approximately 240 measured sprays. Store at room temperature. Best before date & batch number: see bottom of spray. Avoid spraying into eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
WARNING: For adults only. Not for use by children, pregnant or nursing women. If you are under treatment, have autoimmune diseases or mental disorders, consult your doctor before using Relax+. Do not combine 5-HTP with regular antidepressants and or MAOIs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
